At RoamRest, we take pride in crafting high-quality mattresses and sleep products designed for comfort, durability, and life on the road. Every RoamRest mattress is handcrafted in the USA, and we stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship.

All RoamRest-manufactured products are backed by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

RoamRest, a brand of North America Mattress Corp., warrants to the original purchaser that RoamRest-manufactured products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from RoamRest or through an authorized RoamRest dealer, provided the product has been used as intended and maintained according to the recommended care instructions.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, requires proof of purchase, and is non-transferable.

What's Covered

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, including:

• Defects in foam materials resulting from manufacturing issues.
• Defective stitching, seams, or zippers caused by manufacturing errors.
• Defects in mattress covers or other components resulting from faulty materials or workmanship.
• Other manufacturing defects that affect the product's intended function or performance.

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by RoamRest.

What's Not Covered

The RoamRest limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including natural softening of foam over time.
• Personal comfort preferences, including perceived firmness or softness.
• Stains, spills, burns, punctures, cuts, tears, or accidental damage.
• Damage caused by improper use, storage, cleaning, or maintenance.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
• Damage caused by improper installation or use on an unsuitable sleeping surface.
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect the product's intended functionality.
• Issues resulting from incorrect dimensions, measurements, or specifications provided by the customer for custom-made products.

Custom mattresses are covered against manufacturing defects under this warranty. However, comfort preferences, incorrect customer-provided measurements, and other non-manufacturing issues are not considered warranty defects.

Mattress Decompression Requirement

All RoamRest mattresses must be removed from their packaging and allowed to decompress within 14 days of delivery to maintain warranty eligibility.

This requirement applies to all RoamRest products, including custom-made products.

Please follow the recommended setup and care instructions to ensure proper expansion and performance.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your RoamRest product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

1. Your name and original order number or proof of purchase.
2. A description of the issue.
3. Clear photos showing the suspected defect.

Our team will review the information and determine the next steps. Additional documentation, photos, or a product inspection may be requested.

Warranty Resolution

If a product is determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, RoamRest will repair or replace the defective product or component, at its discretion.

If an identical replacement is unavailable due to product updates or discontinuation, RoamRest may provide a comparable replacement of equal or greater value.

Shipping arrangements and associated costs for warranty claims will be determined based on the product, nature of the defect, and circumstances of the claim. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs where permitted by applicable law. Any applicable charges will be communicated before a return or replacement is processed.

Additional Warranty Terms

This limited warranty is provided by RoamRest, a brand of North America Mattress Corp.

Products manufactured by third-party brands and sold through RoamRest are subject to their respective manufacturers' warranties, if applicable.

No RoamRest employee, representative, or authorized dealer may modify, extend, or add to the terms of this warranty without written authorization from North America Mattress Corp.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoamRest and North America Mattress Corp. are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of their products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
