Medium-Firm — Balanced Support

Balanced support with pressure-relieving gel memory foam.
5" four-layer polyurethane foam construction:

1" Soft Cushioning Top Layer – adds comfortable cushioning at the sleep surface
1" Gel Memory Foam Layer – contours to the body to help relieve pressure points
1" Performance Support Layer – provides responsive cushioning and a smooth transition to the firmer base
2" Supportive Foam Base – adds stability and helps prevent the sleeper from sinking through to the hard bed platform

The RoamRest EKKO Replacement Mattress is shaped specifically for the Transit or Sprinter sleeping area, with separate driver, passenger, and center sections designed to work with the original bed configuration. Each section can be ordered in Soft or Medium-Firm, giving you the flexibility to customize comfort across the entire bed without changing how the EKKO bed functions.

Advanced Foam Technology

Layered for a Purpose

Different foam combinations are pressure tested to determine how each layer works together, helping us find the right mix of cushioning, support, and stability for each comfort option.

Choose Soft for a plusher, more cushioned feel or Medium-Firm for balanced support with the added contouring comfort of gel memory foam. The driver side, passenger side, and center section can each be configured independently, giving you more control over the feel of your EKKO mattress.

The Transit mattress is 5" thick and the Sprinter version is 6".

Soft Mattress Core

Best for sleepers who prefer more cushion and a plusher feel.

The Soft construction gives you more initial give at the sleep surface while supportive foam underneath helps maintain stability.

Choose Soft if you prefer:

A plusher, more cushioned sleep surface
More give when you first lie down
Softer comfort with support underneath

Medium-Firm Mattress Core

Best for sleepers who want balanced support with added pressure relief.

The Medium-Firm construction combines a dedicated gel memory foam layer that contours to the body and helps relieve pressure points, while supportive layers underneath create a firmer, more stable feel.

Choose Medium-Firm if you prefer:

A more supportive, balanced feel
Contouring gel memory foam
Added pressure relief without an overly soft sleep surface

Durable Fabric

Designed for comfort, durability, and everyday van use. A soft polyester-blend sleep surface keeps the top comfortable, while fluid-, abrasion-, and rip-resistant materials help protect the mattress from spills, scuffs, and travel wear. Low-slip fabric helps keep the mattress sections securely positioned, and the zippered removable cover can be cleaned with mild soap and water.

Shipping & Lead Time

All RoamRest products are made to order and not pre-stocked.

Orders begin processing the following business day (Monday–Friday) and typically ship in approximately 2-3 weeks.

Care & Cleaning

Keep your mattress fresh with routine rotating and spot cleaning. Follow our easy-care guidelines by removing covers and clean with mild soap and water then air-dry for best results.

5 Easy Cleaning Steps:

Step 1 - Remove Fluids

First, remove any sheets or covers to reveal soiled surfaces (if soiled area has dried, then pre-wet with clean lukewarm water and gently scrub with soft-bristled brush or non-abrasive scrubbing pad). Second, soak up liquids with non-abrasive cloth or paper towels and wipe clear all fluids from effected areas.
NOTE: Be sure to check all surfaces (top, sides and bottom) for fluids to ensure an effective cleaning and disinfecting result.

Step 2 - Prepare Cleaning Solution & Containers

Create mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water in one bucket or container (mixture of 1 to 2 drops soap concentrate to 1-quart lukewarm water) and fill a second bucket or container with clean water.

NOTE: RoamRest recommends use of mild liquid soap for safe and effective results.

Step 3 - Clean Surfaces

Wipe surfaces down thoroughly with non-abrasive cloth soaked in cleaning solution.

NOTE: Be sure to check all surfaces (top, sides and bottom) for fluids to ensure an effective cleaning and disinfecting result.

Step 4 - Rinse & Wipe Dry

First, soak a new non-abrasive cloth in clean water and wipe down surfaces to remove residual cleaning solution. Second, use dry clean non-abrasive cloth to wipe away residual water and any remaining cleaning solution.

Step 5 - Air Dry

Lastly, let covers air dry completely before replacing foam.

Warranty

All RoamRest-manufactured products include a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, including foam, covers, stitching, and zippers.
Custom mattresses are also covered against manufacturing defects. Comfort preferences and customer-provided measurement errors are not covered.
All mattresses must be removed from their packaging and allowed to decompress within 14 days of delivery to maintain warranty coverage.
