RoamRest is a division of North America Mattress Corp. (NAMC), a mattress manufacturer with nearly three decades of experience. Originally beginning as a labor and delivery mattress company, NAMC quickly discovered its talent also catered to extended healthcare departments with specialized needs such as stretchers, operating pads, and mental health mattresses.

Over time, NAMC has expanded its expertise to take on a variety of industries. From providing home health mattresses to crafting mattresses for camps and dorms, or outfitting semi-trucks with comfortable home like mattresses, NAMC knows how to create high-quality products that meet a range of needs.

Back in 2010, a new trend emerged – people began placing custom orders to fit conversion vans. Recognizing the value of quality sleep on the road, and expertise in creating top-quality mattresses, we quickly became the Pacific Northwest’s premier van mattress supplier.

With the surge in popularity of conversion vans in 2020, RoamRest was founded. The owners realized the need for the Ultimate Tri-Fold van mattress, which could be neatly folded and stored when not in use; thus, freeing up valuable cabin space. This innovative product was a game changer in the industry, delivering something that the market never knew it needed.

Since then, the team has been hard at work perfecting our craft and continuously inventing new products to ensure the best van life experience for our RoamRest customers. We have become a trusted source for quality mattresses, helping make van life dreams come true!
