Features

Built to give your dog a better place to ride while making the most of limited van space.

Four individual cushion sections stack together to create a comfortable elevated surface, then separate for flexible use once you reach camp
Included leveling wedge helps compensate for the uneven space between the front seats, creating a flatter and more comfortable resting area
4" cushion thickness provides more cushioning between your dog and the hard surfaces underneath
Multi-purpose design lets the individual cushions pull double duty as extra seating, lounging pads, or added cushioning around camp
Supportive medium-firm construction gives your dog comfortable cushioning without an overly soft surface that easily compresses
Removable zippered covers make routine cleaning easier after muddy paws, dusty trails, and everyday travel
Durable travel-ready materials help protect the cushions from moisture, abrasion, and the wear that comes with traveling with a dog
Vehicle-specific configurations help the RuffRoost make better use of the space between the front seats of compatible vans

Materials & Construction

Supportive 4" foam gives your dog cushioning and stability whether the RuffRoost is stacked or used in separate sections.

4" polyurethane foam construction:

Medium-firm foam provides comfortable cushioning while creating a stable surface for sitting, curling up, or stretching out
4" thickness helps cushion your dog from the harder surfaces underneath for greater comfort on longer drives
Resilient construction helps the cushions recover their shape after repeated use and compression
Solid foam core keeps each section supportive enough to use on its own when the RuffRoost is separated around camp

Cover & Fabric

Durable, easy-care materials made for paws, dirt, and everyday life on the road.

PVC-coated polyester fabric creates a durable outer surface that stands up to frequent use from dogs, gear, and travel
Fluid-resistant construction helps protect the foam from wet paws, spills, and everyday messes
Abrasion-resistant material helps reduce wear from claws, shifting gear, and repeated use inside the van
Zippered removable covers make routine cleaning easier without having to clean the entire cushion
Easy-care material can be cleaned with mild soap and water, then left to air dry

Comfort That Travels

Designed to turn an otherwise awkward space between the front seats into a comfortable place for your dog to ride. Four individual cushions stack over the included leveling wedge to create a more even resting surface, then separate when you reach camp for extra seating, lounging, or cushioning wherever you need it.

RuffRoost Dog Bed & Boost

Adventure-Ready Materials

Designed for dogs and the messes that come with taking them along. Durable PVC-coated polyester helps protect the RuffRoost from moisture, abrasion, dirt, and everyday wear, while the zippered removable covers make cleanup easier after the adventure is over.

Care & Cleaning

Keep your mattress fresh with routine rotating and spot cleaning. Follow our easy-care guidelines by removing covers and clean with mild soap and water then air-dry for best results.

5 Easy Cleaning Steps:

Step 1 - Remove Fluids

First, remove any sheets or covers to reveal soiled surfaces (if soiled area has dried, then pre-wet with clean lukewarm water and gently scrub with soft-bristled brush or non-abrasive scrubbing pad). Second, soak up liquids with non-abrasive cloth or paper towels and wipe clear all fluids from effected areas.
NOTE: Be sure to check all surfaces (top, sides and bottom) for fluids to ensure an effective cleaning and disinfecting result.

Step 2 - Prepare Cleaning Solution & Containers

Create mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water in one bucket or container (mixture of 1 to 2 drops soap concentrate to 1-quart lukewarm water) and fill a second bucket or container with clean water.

NOTE: RoamRest recommends use of mild liquid soap for safe and effective results.

Step 3 - Clean Surfaces

Wipe surfaces down thoroughly with non-abrasive cloth soaked in cleaning solution.

NOTE: Be sure to check all surfaces (top, sides and bottom) for fluids to ensure an effective cleaning and disinfecting result.

Step 4 - Rinse & Wipe Dry

First, soak a new non-abrasive cloth in clean water and wipe down surfaces to remove residual cleaning solution. Second, use dry clean non-abrasive cloth to wipe away residual water and any remaining cleaning solution.

Step 5 - Air Dry

Lastly, let covers air dry completely before replacing foam.
