Comfort based on Science: What is Pressure Imaging?

Individual subject images with tabular data are included in this Imaging has been conducted onsite at the North America Mattress Corp. manufacturing facility in Clackamas OR using Tactilus® imaging hardware and software, manufactured by Sensor Products Inc. of Madison, New Jersey USA.
  • Tactilus® is a metrix-based tactile surface sensor and software to record and interpret pressure distribution and magnitude between any two contacting or mating surfaces.
  • Testing was performed in a controlled environment where the mattress was placed on a rigid laboratory surface and draped with the Tactilus® Sensor Pad. Summary test results tables are arranged according to body region for each subject. The minimum, average and maximum readings for barometric pressure are displayed in terms of mmHg (millimeters of mercury).

12 Month Warranty

RoamRest by North America Mattress Corp. takes pride in every mattress we manufacture and warrants the original purchaser that its products should be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) months after the date of delivery. RoamRest’s obligation under its warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for any products found to be defective which is at the sole discretion of RoamRest.

Products or components for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned with a prepaid package to RoamRest’s warehouse. Any improper use, alteration, or repairs to any of the products will adversely void its warranty. No employees or representatives of RoamRest are authorized to change the warranty in any way.

This statement constitutes RoamRest/North America Mattress Corporation’s entire warranty with the respect to the aforesaid equipment. ROAMREST MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROAMREST/NORTH AMERICA MATTRESS CORPORATION BE LIABLE HEREUNDER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THE SALES OR USE OF ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT.

Exchanges:

If you’ve accidentally ordered a mattress that is the wrong size or comfort level, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

Returns:

Merchandise cannot be returned without approval from the RoamRest service department. An authorization number will be provided which must be printed and placed with the returned product. RoamRest reserves the right to charge shipping and restocking fees on returned items.

Damaged Merchandise:

DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS UNLESS SUCH DAMAGES ARE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF PICKUP.

ICC Regulations require that claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. Upon prompt notification, RoamRest will file a freight claim with the appropriate carrier for damages incurred. Claims will be limited in amount to actual replacement cost. If this information is not received by RoamRest within the fifteen (15) day period following the delivery of the merchandise, or the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt, the customer will be responsible for payment of the original invoice in full.

Claims for any short shipment must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Keep your mattress fresh with routine rotating and spot cleaning. Follow our easy-care guidelines by removing covers and clean with mild soap and water then air-dry for best results. 

5 Easy Cleaning Steps:

Step 1 - Remove Fluids

First, remove any sheets or covers to reveal soiled surfaces (if soiled area has dried, then pre-wet with clean lukewarm water and gently scrub with soft-bristled brush or non-abrasive scrubbing pad). Second, soak up liquids with non-abrasive cloth or paper towels and wipe clear all fluids from effected areas.
NOTE: Be sure to check all surfaces (top, sides and bottom) for fluids to ensure an effective cleaning and disinfecting result.

Step 2 - Prepare Cleaning Solution & Containers

Create mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water in one bucket or container (mixture of 1 to 2 drops soap concentrate to 1-quart lukewarm water) and fill a second bucket or container with clean water.
NOTE: RoamRest recommends use of mild liquid soap for safe and effective results.

Step 3 - Clean Surfaces

Wipe surfaces down thoroughly with non-abrasive cloth soaked in cleaning solution. 
NOTE: Be sure to check all surfaces (top, sides and bottom) for fluids to ensure an effective cleaning and disinfecting result. 

Step 4 - Rinse & Wipe Dry

First, soak a new non-abrasive cloth in clean water and wipe down surfaces to remove residual cleaning solution. Second, use dry clean non-abrasive cloth to wipe away residual water and any remaining cleaning solution. 

Step 5 - Air Dry

Lastly, let covers air dry completely before replacing foam.
