Returns & Exchanges
RoamRest.com by North America Mattress Corp. takes pride in every mattress we manufacture and warrants the original purchaser that its products should be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) months after the date of delivery. RoamRest’s obligation under its warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for any products found to be defective which is at the sole discretion of RoamRest.
Exchanges:
If you’ve accidentally ordered a mattress that is the wrong size or comfort level, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
Returns:
Merchandise cannot be returned without approval from the RoamRest service department. An authorization number will be provided which must be printed and placed with the returned product. RoamRest reserves the right to charge shipping and restocking fees on returned items.
Products or components for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned with a prepaid package to RoamRest’s warehouse. Any improper use, alteration, or repairs to any of the products will adversely void its warranty. No employees or representatives of RoamRest are authorized to change the warranty in any way.
Damaged Merchandise:
DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS UNLESS SUCH DAMAGES ARE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF PICKUP.
ICC Regulations require that claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. Upon prompt notification, RoamRest will file a freight claim with the appropriate carrier for damages incurred. Claims will be limited in amount to actual replacement cost. If this information is not received by RoamRest within the fifteen (15) day period following the delivery of the merchandise, or the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt, the customer will be responsible for payment of the original invoice in full.
Claims for any short shipment must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice.
