RoamRest has been amazing to work with! I was in a pickle and they made it happen. Online it said that it typically takes 2-3 weeks to get the mattress. I called into customer service and they helped me expedite my order so I was able to receive it 3 days before my trip! We have the mattress on our adventure wagon sprinter van and it is so comfortable! Thanks so much to the lady in customer service who answered my calls and was so helpful!

Ordered the medium firm mattress for my Storyteller Overland Stealth Mode. Received the mattress faster than expected. Quality out of the box was immediately noticeable. Spent a few nights on it and loved it more than my stock mattress. No more hip pain or numb arms as I’m a side sleeper. In speaking with a friend they mentioned there was now a soft version. Which came out right after I ordered my mattress. I would have ordered the soft if it was available. The medium firm was great but I wanted something softer. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response. I was willing to pay for the difference but they swapped out the foam no questions asked. Quick and amazing customer service with an awesome product. Received the new softer foam and it’s absolutely perfect. I sleep so good now in my van and can’t wait to spend more nights on it. Just picked up our bed/couch for our 4×4 Sprinter Van conversion, it is super comfortable and we can’t wait to sleep on it! John and Shawna were a true pleasure to work with. If you are doing a van build in the PNW this is the spot for your cushions. We got to lay on all different types of foam to figure out what we like, we ended up using a firm base foam with egg carton mid layer and an inch of memory foam topper 👌 seriously the most comfortable bed we have ever had! Not to mention they were reasonably priced and told us it’d be ready in a week and they kept their word! We love it, highly recommend these guys!
